With a New Moon, it's a potent opportunity to set intentions and give them power.

Together, we will begin with mindful movement and breath through Qi Gong, then journey into conscious, gentle breathwork accompanied by the rhythms and vibrations of the drum, planetary chimes, tuning forks, Tibetan singing bowls, and gong

 

​The tones of Earth, Pluto, Mercury, the Sun, the Moon, Venus, and Mars will be intentionally sounded, creating healing interplanetary intervals that can open space for deep uncovering, awakening and renewal.

 

Through breath and presence, we receive these frequencies into our cells, our consciousness, our energy field, and beyond.

 

This event is nourishing to the nervous system, while soothing to the soul.
