Reflexology
Reflexology is a unique and deeply relaxing type of body work that nurtures the whole body by applying specific touch and pressure techniques to the feet, hands and ears.
​There are thousands of nerve endings in our extremities that are physiologically linked to our entire body, including internal organs and glands.
When reflex points are touched upon in specific ways, congestion around nerve endings are released and corresponding parts of the body are activated.
Energy flow and circulation within the body is increased and deep relaxation occurs, encouraging homeostasis.
Clients have experienced incredible results with Reflexology such as pain relief, stress reduction, elevated mood, aiding in digestive complaints and improvement in overall well being.
I offer Foot Reflexology or Integrated Foot, Hand & Ear Reflexology.
Each session is curated to the needs and goals of the client.

Reiki
Reiki is a type of energy work that assists in balancing the human energy field and the life force that flows throughout the body. This modality is subtle yet profound and can support the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of an individual.
Reiki translated from a Japanese kanji, is spiritual life force energy. The Usui Reiki Healing Method was founded by Mikao Usui in Japan, in the early 1900's.
We all have life force energy (Ki or Qi) running through and surrounding our bodies at all times. There are also times when our energy flow may be disrupted due to a physical trauma or emotional stress. These occurrences may cause dis-ease and pain in the body and mind, obstructing healthy energy flow.
Reiki is channeled from source, through the practitioner using light touch or no touch techniques to the body and etheric field. A session will usually address the many energy centers, as well as the head, hands, feet and spine.
This energy work can help release density out of the body, allowing one to deeply relax and come back into balance.
The body has the innate wisdom to heal itself, and energy work facilitates this!
Each session is unique and guided by a higher consciousness.
Clients often feel lighter after each session, with increased clarity and calm.

Acutonics®
Acutonics® is holistic approach to health care grounded in Chinese Medicine, cosmological studies and sound healing principles
This vibrational art applies planetary frequencies (via tuning forks) onto meridians, acu-points and areas of tension in the body. Acu-points are chosen with focus and intention for the clients highest healing and growth.
The frequencies used in a session will support the goals and energetics of the client. These techniques and applications invite a state of calm and encourage healthy energy to flow through meridians, chakras and the entire body.
Acutonics® is grounding yet energizing and can be a catalyst for deep transformation

Integrated Energy Therapy is a synergistic blend of Reflexology, Reiki & Acutonics® Every one of these modalities compliments each other!
Foot, Hand and Ear Reflexology can target areas of tension within the entire body, supporting the nervous system and internal organ function.
Vibration via tuning forks are applied to the most appropriate acupoints to address areas of stagnation and encourage optimal vitality for each individual and their needs.
Reiki (universal life force energy) is channeled throughout the session and can work with the physical, energetic and spiritual levels of the client.
