Reiki
Reiki is a type of energy work that assists in balancing the human energy field and the life force that flows throughout the body. This modality is subtle yet profound and can support the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of an individual.
Reiki translated from a Japanese kanji, is spiritual life force energy. The Usui Reiki Healing Method was founded by Mikao Usui in Japan, in the early 1900's.
We all have life force energy (Ki or Qi) running through and surrounding our bodies at all times. There are also times when our energy flow may be disrupted due to a physical trauma or emotional stress. These occurrences may cause dis-ease and pain in the body and mind, obstructing healthy energy flow.
Reiki is channeled using light touch or no touch techniques to the body and etheric field. A session will usually address the many energy centers, as well as the head, hands, feet and spine.
This energy work can help release density out of the body, allowing one to deeply relax and come back into balance.
The body has the innate wisdom to heal itself, and energy work facilitates this!

These sessions begin with sound therapy to assist with quieting the mind and settling into the body. Brita then proceeds with her intuition as to what is best for each individual while keeping communication open.
Clients receive nourishing foot, hand and ear reflexology, creating a thorough healing session that addresses all the internal organs and glands, through reflex points.
Reiki is channeled to the front and back of the body, from the head to the feet, using light touch or no touch techniques.

Integrated Energy Therapy
This is Brita's most popular offering. Integrated Energy Therapy is a synergistic blend of Acutonics®, Reiki & Reflexology.
Acutonics® is a non-invasive approach to health care grounded in East Asian Medicine, cosmological studies and sound healing principles.
Deeply relaxing and regenerative to the mind, body and soul.
Acutonics uses precision calibrated tuning forks that resonate with planetary frequencies. These sound frequencies are heard, felt and applied to acu-points on the body as well as the etheric field.
