This is a small group circuit training for a full body workout which includes:

Will be held regularly on Wednesdays at 10 am.
One hour semi private session is $20 cash or Venmo.

The hour is comprised of a 10 minute warm, a 40 minute circuit (3 rounds) and a 10 minute cool down.
