October Circuits

Will be held regularly on Wednesdays at 9:30 am.


Sliding scale for a one hour session is $15-20 cash or venmo.


The hour is comprised of a 10 minute warm, a 40 minute circuit and a 10 minute cool down.

Small Group Circuit Training

This is a small group circuit training for a full body workout which includes:

  • Warm up and cool down

  • Echo bike

  • Free weights (dumbbells and kettlebells)

  • Bodyweight exercises

  • Plyometrics

  • Battle ropes

  • Core exercises

  • Suspension trainer

  • and more


All levels welcome and private lessons available upon request. Sign up is required to reserve your spot. I hope to see you there!
