This is Brita’s most popular offering. Blending Reflexology with these energy practices creates a beautiful synergy of healing that is profoundly balancing on the physical and emotional level. These integrated sessions begin with sound therapy to assist with quieting the mind and settling into the body. Brita then proceeds with her intuition as to what is best for each individual. Clients receive nourishing foot, hand and ear reflexology, creating a thorough healing session that addresses all the internal organs and glands, through reflex points. Reiki is channeled to the front and back of the body, from the head to the feet, using light touch or no touch techniques. Every session is curated to the needs and goals of the client and encourages vitality, clarity and calm. Acutonics® can be integrated into a session as well. This modality uses precision calibrated tuning forks, which are applied to acupoints on the hands and feet. These healing frequencies travel deep into the body, gently encouraging healthy energy flow within the meridians. Brita has completed level II of her Acutonics® training and is working toward this in depth certification. This modality dovetails perfectly with her Reflexology & Reiki practice and she incorporates this work with integrity and reverence.
