Brita offers personal training at her home studio in West Eugene. Initial consults are complimentary by phone or in person. 


Movement is medicine and it's one of the best things we can do for our bodies and minds!


Cultivating discipline to incorporate exercise into one's daily life can be one of the most empowering actions one can engage in.


Brita helps create a solid training schedule to gain more mobility, strength and over all vitality.


One on one sessions are tailored specific to your needs and goals. Brita offers a variety of training techniques that will safely challenge you on multiple levels.


Bodyweight training, dumb bells, kettlebells, suspension trainers are just some of the components that can be implemented to create a fun and dynamic workout.


Mobility, stabilization, strength endurance, core work, cardiorespiratory training and agility training are all levels of a well rounded program, that will optimally train your body and neuromuscular system. 


A training app is part of the package, to help track workouts and stay accountable, and it's easy to upload to a computer or smartphone.


Exercises chosen specifically for you, are uploaded along with video demonstrations to follow if needed.

Brita is a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer and has a specialization in corrective exercise and performance enhancement, which she incorporates into her training programs, to keep clients safely moving toward their fitness goals.


Brita is also Black Belt in Praying Mantis Kung Fu and has been a dedicated practitioner since 2004.
