 Personal Training 

Brita offers personal training at her home studio in West Eugene. 


Movement is medicine and it's one of the best things we can do for our bodies and minds!


Cultivating discipline to incorporate exercise into one's daily life can be one of the most empowering actions one can engage in.


Brita helps create a solid training schedule to gain more mobility, strength and over all vitality.


One on one sessions are tailored specific to your needs and goals. Brita offers a variety of training techniques that will safely challenge you on multiple levels.


Bodyweight training, dumb bells, kettlebells, suspension trainers and Martial Arts are just some of the components that can be implemented to create a fun and dynamic workout.

Brita is a NASM- Certified Personal Trainer and has a specialization in corrective exercise and performance enhancement.


Brita is also Black Belt in Praying Mantis Kung Fu and has been a dedicated practitioner since 2004

Training Sessions

Brita offers personal training packages for new clients.

Single sessions are available once a series has been completed.


A new client package includes a series of four sessions. 


The first session includes posture and movement assessments as well as a consultation reviewing health history, fitness goals and interests. Mobility exercises will be included in this session, as these are helpful in maintenance, warming up and cooling down the body.


 The second session will include a workout that is created specifically for the client. Exercises are performed and thoroughly explained so the client can perform the exercises in the session, as well as on their own if they choose.

Self motivation and discipline to exercise is a skill Brita hopes each client will develop and cultivate. This will make all the difference in how fast one progresses.


The third and fourth sessions will build off the previous ones by progressing (or regressing if necessary) exercises and adding movements.


Brita will also give the option of connecting with the client each week using various online tools for support and accountability.

New client Package include 4 (1 hour) sessions.


Existing client sessions

1 hour $60.00

30 minutes $30.00
